I had a great stay! The room was clean, comfortable, and very quiet with great water pressure in the shower. It's only a short walk to both the Trevi Fountain and Spanish Steps. The staff were super accommodating and helpful throughout our visit. I'd definitely come back! 😊

i was almost going to write a great review, but i couldn’t. the aircon was broken for 3 nights, and the staff's helpfulness was only half-hearted. i expected a room change as compensation, but of course, that didn't happen. also, the bathroom's toilet would occasionally run endlessly, which is absolutely charming for a hotel. not.

Amazing Location and Helpful Staff!
The location couldn’t be better—right in the heart of Rome! The staff provided exceptional assistance and were genuinely welcoming. Although the hotel has a basic feel, the clean environment and proximity to major attractions made our stay enjoyable. For a private experience, ask for an upper-level room.

The location was fantastic for our family, with easy access to the Trevi Fountain and Spanish Steps. The staff were incredibly welcoming, making check-in a breeze. We stayed in a lovely quad room, which was comfortable enough for my two young teenagers.
My wife says that the rooms could use a coffee maker for early mornings.

The room was clean and quiet, offering comfortable beds, which made for restful nights. Location is prime, with easy access to the metro and nearby attractions, perfect for exploring the area. While there was no breakfast option directly at the hotel, a nearby café provided a pleasant alternative. The staff was friendly and accommodating, making our trip smoother. However, the lack of amenities like a coffee maker and limited breakfast options were noticeable downsides.
