Casa I Cappuccini Hotel - Rome

The room was clean, comfortable, and very quiet with great water pressure in the shower. It's only a short walk to both the Trevi Fountain and Spanish Steps. The staff were super accommodating and helpful throughout our visit. I'd definitely come back 😊

Perfect, immaculately clean place with lovely views. Neat and functional units and exceptionally nice staff from housekeepers to the receptionist. Had very nice a safe, a small fridge, and a hair dryer. Good and stunning location for my plans, being next to a subway station.

Their rooms are always neat and bright with the simple decoration and good clean bathroom, for instance.

I was almost going to write a great review, but i couldn't. The aircon was broken for 3 nights, and the staff's helpfulness was only half-hearted. I expected a room change as compensation, but of course, that didn't happen. The bathroom's toilet would occasionally run endlessly, charming for a hotel. Not.

Good location; clean room, attractive view out the indo to trees and side walk scenes; all resources were just fine and there for our stay.

Magnificent location in Rome and next to a bus station. Based in a very nice area. Good sized and bright unit with the simple decoration of a monk's bedroom.

The location couldn't be better-right in the heart of Rome! The staff provided really good assistance and were genuinely cute. Although the hotel has a basic feel, the clean environment and proximity to major attractions were great. For a private experience, ask for an upper-level room.

Excellent air conditioning, but Wi-Fi was spotty .

My wife says that the rooms could use a coffee maker for early mornings.
